Janet Strouse, a member of the Quilt Sew-City quilting group, displays four of the quilts that will be on display at Witter Gallery Tuesday beginning at 7 p.m. Members of the group are participating in the Charity Challenge Quilt Show. Each made a quilt - baby-size to junior bed-size, using one-half yard of provided material. The remaining material was chosen by each quilter. Everyone is invited to Witter to see the quilts and have the opportunity to vote for a favorite. The quilts will be donated after the show, and in the past have gone to such places as CASA, CADA, the hospital, Department of Human Services and the police station where they are given to children in need. Enjoy the efforts of these artist/volunteers and share a refreshment at the Witter event.
