Letter to the Pilot

Like a million bucks

To The Editor,

Now that we're an up and coming Iowa Tourist Destination, we need to start giving better and better customer service. Just a smile and an extra 2% effort would do wonders to keep those tourists (customers) coming back to Storm Lake, time and time again.

Tourists (customers) don't want to go back to a town that has average service. Any town can do that. They want and deserve to be treated like a million bucks. Over many years, tourists (customers) will spend many millions of dollars right here in thriving Storm Lake, Iowa.

This letter to the Editor is dedicated to the Suger Bowl Gift Shop for giving me Million Dollar Service, the other day. In the process they made me feel like a Million Bucks, I can't wait to go back.
