The Storm Lake Chamber of Commerce and Storm Lake Area Development Corporation have announced the nominees in the annual Business of the Year Awards. Individuals and businesses are nominated by their peers, with winners to be announced at a banquet Jan. 28.

Up for Business Person of the Year:

* Bryan Baumhover - Fareway

Business Improvement of the Year nominees are:

Chamber Involvement of the Year nominees are:

The chamber and SLADC will be holding the 2005 Awards Banquet on January 28. Social hour begins at 6 with dinner at 6:30 and award presentations at 7. The cost per person is $30. The event will be held at Buena Vista University. To make reservations, call the Storm Lake Chamber at 732-3780.
