Wildcat volleyball team rolls past Knights, 3-0

Senior Ayla Ringgenberg led a balanced Schaller-Crestland attack here Thursday night, finishing with nine kills in a 3-0 win over Pomeroy-Palmer.

The 25-9, 25-12, 25-8 S-C win was the Northwest Conference volleyball opener for both teams.

Ringgenberg added two blocks and was 16 of 17 in hitting. Teammate Kelli Carstensen also recorded nine kills, hitting 18 times without an error.

Senior setter Kayla Bihrer had 25 set assists, three kills, two blocks, and four digs. Jill Wedeking added ten digs and three kills, also serving 22 of 22 with four aces.

S-C's Lindsay Kluver was nine of nine from the service line with one ace, and Lauri Nees was 13 of 14 in serving with three aces, four kills, and two blocks.
