The Alta Kiwanis club enjoyed a program of slides and comments about Chinese agriculture Tuesday morning when they met at Addie's Place for their weekly meeting.
The Kiwanis meet for breakfast every Tuesday morning and invite anyone to attend.
The program was presented by James Hultgren, Iowa farmer and member of an agriculture trade mission that visited mainland China.
The quality of agricultural products and a tentative projection for the future of the "Enterprise Zones" were focal points for the program.
Reports were given on the pancake lunch served to the elementary school.
