Local realtors win big in IAR awards

Joseph Aube of the United Counties Board of Realtors has earned a Diamond Individual Achievement Award from the Iowa Association of Realtors for having over $5 million worth of sales or listings closed.

The IAR Individual Achievement Awards were initiated in 1988 to recognize excellence in real estate activities. Any Realtor or Realtor-Associate member of the Iowa Association of Realtors is eligible. Eligible members who participated in one, two, three, four, or five million dollars worth of sales, leases, and/or listings closed and commissions earned during 2004 were able to win the prestigious Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond Individual Achievement Awards.

Thanks to great clients, staff, and many referrals, Joseph was able to get the highest award possible.

The Iowa Association of Realtors is the state's largest real estate professional organization, representing more than 6,500 members and affiliates. The term Realtor is a registered and protected trademark. A Realtor is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the state association of Realtors, and his or her local board of Realtors. By joining the Realtor organization, a real estate professional has to adhere to a strict Code of Ethics and its standards of professionalism, integrity, and competence.

Judy Reis, Clark Fort, Jan Lang and Debbie Moize all members of the United Counties Board of Realtors and associated with Century 21 The Professional Group have earned Individual Achievement Awards from the Iowa Association of Realtors. Judy with a Gold, Clark with a Platinum, Jan with a Bronze and Debbie with a Silver.
