Plant Fair brings green-thumbed speakers to area

The second annual Plant Fair will be held at the Prairie Pedlar, Odebolt, Saturday, April 23 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Area greenhouses and nurseries will bring their plants for your shopping convenience. There will be plants for all seasons and reasons. Each vendor will provide a short program highlighting a specialty crop.

Speakers include Joel Ahart, Lawn Care; Brian Dreith, popular annuals; Dave Witte, perennials; Steve and Kate Struchen, container gardens; Tony Hershey, grasses/prairie plants; Jack Hogue on herbs in landscaping.

Lunch for garden visitors will be available on the grounds.
