BVU named top school by U.S. News and World Report

Buena Vista University of Storm Lake has been named a top school in the U.S. News & World Report's "America's Best Colleges 2005" publication.

In the Midwestern Comprehensive Colleges--Bachelor's category, BVU is ranked 19th for academic quality.

"America's Best Colleges 2005" also measures which schools offer the best value through a formula that considers the school's academic quality and the net cost for students. BVU was ranked eighth in the Best Values: Midwestern Comprehensive colleges--Bachelor's category. In addition, Buena Vista University was named by The Princeton Review as among the colleges it considers the "Best in the Midwest."
