There has been little "off season" to rest for those at the Storm Lake Honda Arctic Cat dealer, who are trying to meet the needs of their eager biking customers all year around these days

"I know our parts department has been busy since October and our service department is just beginning to catch up," sales representative Jeff Schultz said. "We've gone through a huge number of snowmobiles and 4-wheelers this winter. This has really been the best winter in four years for those."

Schultz said as soon as it snows, people become interested in the snowmobiles and the the 4-wheelers are something that has really caught on well this year.

"When it snows people want the snowmobiles right now," Schultz said. "We have many snowmobile trips that go out of here and those people come from all over."

The BV Blizzard Busters is a new local snowmobile club has also been attracting those to the winter sport. The club includes snowmobiles from Lake View to Okoboji and has been averaging 20 riders a trip.

"Many of the trips have been to Yellowstone and Wyoming this year," Schultz said. "In a winter like this, more people are interested in the snowmobiles, and when snowmobiles are used a lot they do require a lot more service, which has kept us very busy."
