Tenants may be able to move into the new strip mall just south of Wal-Mart in Storm Lake as early as Nov. 1, the developer said Wednesday.
Work is progressing fairly rapidly, with concrete poured and finished and the walls and roof complete. What remains are exterior walls, insulation and interior finishing.
Craig Foreman, senior vice president of West Bay Properties in Omaha, Neb., Wednesday said there were three to four tenants signed with four or five pending contracts for the 18,500-square-foot mall. Foreman said the mall will have parking for 90 to 100 vehicles.
Those tenants already signed are Payless Shoe Source, Game Stop, and Midwest Wireless. Tenants pending include two women's fashion stores, a styling salon, and one other retailer, according to Foreman.
