Blessington notched 15 feature wins and 34 more top five finishes in 62 outings this year and may have to build an addition to his house to accommodate all his awards from 2000.
He is state champion in the Stock division and also won track titles at the Audubon Speedway and Shelby County Speedway in Harlan. He's now thirteenth on the all-time win list for the division, with 53 career victories.
