"The project is composed of a five-duplex building with each unit having about 2,500 square feet of finished area," project developer Dave Peterson said.
There was an open house held last weekend, where Peterson estimates 225 people came through the building in two days.
"There were a dozen good, strong potential buyers," Peterson said. "We've had a lot of interest."
Century 21 The Professional Group will be the exclusive agent for the Seville Court Townhouses and Century 21 Broker/Owner Margie Robinson said the townhouses will give individuals the comfort of living in a beautiful spacious environment.
Each unit will have two or three bedrooms, a three-seasons room, an oversized two-car garage, two and a half baths and a step-up kitchen.
There will be a vaulted ceiling in the living room and a Cawffered ceiling in the master bedroom.
"These are being built as a concrete home," Peterson said. "The walls will have insulated concrete forms (ICF), while the exterior will have a DRYVIT finish that will make it very durable."
