The Christmas Animal Barn is one of the most popular features of the Festival of Trees in Storm Lake. Traditional caroling, classic and modern instrumental music and children's song and dance add to the festivities, in a tradition to be renewed Nov. 18 and 19 at the Knights of Columbus Hall.

The Festival is loaded with crafts, pets, decor, entertainment, silent auction items and a chance to register to win unique Christmas trees and wreaths. Admission is free and all ages are invited to attend. The BVCH Auxiliary's "Festival of Trees" is a premier holiday event for people of all ages. This year, performers include Joe Cullin's Irish Band, Roxie Fudge and friends on strings, vocalist Holly Olsen, vocal group "Alto Express" and piano students of Gywnn Gerlach and Deanna Larson. A few half-hour slots remain for entertainment in instrumental, vocal, dance, comic or magic. Contact Debbie Myers at 732-1802.
