The Lifetime Service to Wrestling Award is given in recognition of years of dedication to the development of leadership and citizenship in young people through the sport of wrestling.
"I feel very honored to have been selected for this outstanding award," Baxter said. "It's the fine young men I have been fortunate to have coached for over the past 30 years who have earned this award for me. I appreciate their hard work, dedication and sacrifices over the years."
