A Lake View company has been selected to construct the Abner Bell Created Wetland in the Little Storm Lake area. In July, the Storm Lake City Council rejected all of the bids for the project, after they came in well above the engineer's estimate. The project was slightly modified by taking the landscaping out of the contract. After putting it out to bid again, the low bidder is Healy Excavating, at $206,096.
