Maxine Cooper Rube passed away from this existence to a glorified one on the 9th day of June 2011. She is now in the cradling arms of her savior. She was 84 years, 4 months and 20 days. She has been a long-time resident of Storm Lake and the rural community. She had many friends and a very large extended family. She died in Fort Worth, Texas, where she lived with her oldest son, David, for the last seven years...
