Dr. Frederick V. Moore, president of Buena Vista University and Dr. Robert E. Dunker, president of Western Iowa Tech Community College, will sign a new agreement on November 29 that will allow students enrolled in business programs at WITCC to transfer into online bachelors' degree programs at BVU. BVU and WITCC have had a transfer agreement in place since October 1999. This new agreement makes it possible for transfer students to complete their bachelor's degree entirely online...
