At the last Character Counts assembly of the school year for Storm Lake Elementary students learned about being trustworthy. A school staff member said to the children, "We trust you to be safe this summer." In order to teach them about safety they brought in King's Pointe management members who told them how to be safe at the water park. They told the children that they needed to trust the lifeguards and in result the lifeguards would trust them to follow the rules. Beach balls were tossed to participating children and then prizes were drawn.
