I can see my driveway!!

It's hard to believe, but I actually do have a driveway that's made of cement, not snow. It's been close to 4 months since I've seen my driveway... and just about as long since I've been able to drive on it without being pitched from side to side by frozen tire tracks. This is where some of you are saying 'You should have bought a snowblower this year'. I agree, I should have. I probably should have 5 years ago, but I have a hard time spending $500-$1,000 on something that gets used 5 months out of a year. Plus, I have a 21 year old son who is quite agile and quick when it comes to shoveling.... when he's around. Maybe next year I'll get a snowblower.

A friend read my last blog, and laughed at me, but only because she just purchased a Wii for her kids and noticed just how much it physically takes out of you to play some of those games. So she was laughing WITH me I guess.

Top 12 of American Idol starts tonight (Tuesday). I have a couple of favorites, but I'm not going to say who they are, because the ones I think should win never do. So, I just watch it and then spend a day or so wondering what the voters were thinking when they knock out someone good and keep someone bad.
